Villa Ljubica

Villa Ljubica is a family home owned by Ljubica Maksan and her family. It has 12 rooms and one 4 bedroom apartment at the top floor with beautiful view of the sea and Kornati archipelago.

Each room has a bathroom and a toilet. There is TV, phone and air-condition in each room. Rooms are suitable for winter stay as they can be heated. Most of the rooms face the sea and have their own terrace, and the apartment has its separate entrance. Extra beds for children and adults can be added to suites, while other rooms have an extra bed for one person.

The villa motto is „Small and friendly“. We offer breakfast service to our guests, and half board or full board is available in the restaurant located 20m from the villa.

Our reception is opened 24h hours for our guests, and we also provide organization of various excursions and sea activities that can be seen on the following links.

Pakoštane is a town that is surrounded (within 45 km radius) by four national parks and one nature park: Vrana Lake Nature Park that has popular cycling trails, Krka National Park near Skradin, Paklenica National Park and Kornati National Park.

Our family offers sea excursions, fishing, as well as big game fishing and angling fishing for swordfish.
